Sun Frontier Fudousan Co., Ltd. (the "Company") announces today that the Board of the Directors meeting has resolved the distribution of dividends from capital surplus with a record date of September 30, 2022 as follows. The amount of dividends per share is in line with the forecast of dividends announced in "Consolidated Financial Results for the Fiscal Year Ended March 31, 2022," dated May 13, 2022.

2. Reason

The Company's basic policy is to contribute to the interests of shareholders in a comprehensive manner by striving to return profits to shareholders in a stable manner over the long term, to secure investment funds to aggressively take on challenges in the Office Building Business and Overseas Business for future growth, and by taking into consideration the stability and enhancement of financial position.

The Company's policy is to continue to distribute dividends twice a year, with the record date set on March 31 and September 30 each year. The Company resolved to pay dividends of 23.00 yen per share at the end of second quarter, as originally planned. Together with the year-end dividends of 23.00 yen per share, we plan to pay annual dividends of 46.00 yen per share.
