As part of the Chinese President's state visit to France, Suez has announced the signature of three strategic agreements on ecological transition with its Chinese partners Envision, Chongqing Sanfeng Environment and Dongguan Water Group.

The Group has signed a memorandum of understanding with Envision for the creation of a net-zero battery recycling industrial park in France, to contribute to the development of a sustainable electric vehicle and battery industry in the country.

Suez and Chongqing Sanfeng Environment have strengthened their partnership with a new agreement in the waste-to-energy sector, using advanced technologies to convert residual waste into electricity and heat.

Finally, Dongguan Water Group has signed a contract with the French company for the design, supply and installation of technologies and engineering services for the construction of a vast local sludge recovery plant in Dongguan.
