ASX Symbol: AYRAn RC drill program has been successfully completed at the
Company's Horse Well Gold Project in WA:
The Drill program targeted the emerging Dusk til Dawn
Prospect where the company previously intersected 30m @
2g/t Au;
• Four deep RC holes completed for a total of 577 metres.
• The strongest pyrite alteration observed to date within a 64 metre intersection located 200 metres west of the original discovery holes.
• Assay results expected in 2nd or 3rd week of January.
SUMMARY
Alloy Resources Limited (ASX:AYR, the "Company") is pleased to advise that the planned RC drilling program at the Horse Well Gold Project has been successfully completed.
A total of 577 metres was drilled at the Dusk til Dawn prospect with the aim of testing for extensions to the recently discovered mineralisation at this prospect. One hundred and forty six (146), four metre composite samples have been submitted for analysis.
Sample assay results are expected to be received within three weeks and will be released to the market immediately following assessment and interpretation.
Managing Director Andy Viner commented "The drill program has been a success, confirming both a large flat lying pyrite rich alteration zone extending over 200 metres further west from previous RC results, as well as definition of a controlling fault zone on the eastern side of this. The westernmost hole contained the strongest pyrite alteration observed so far at the prospect within a 64 metre interval of very highly altered metasediments."
Dusk til Dawn RC drill program
The Company completed a small low-cost program of 4 RC holes, strategically placed to scope aut the size potential of the Dusk til Dawn gold mineralised system. The location of holes was planned utilising a three dimensionai model developed using Leapfrog software, and geologica! observations suggest that the target zones were accurately intersected.
The location of the four holes completed,ACDR007 to ACDR010, are shown on Figure 1below;

From previous programs the gold intersected in drill holes ACDR002 and 003 was interpreted to be a flat south-dipping zone that is formed to the west of a north-east trending fault.
AYR ASX Announcement 20 December 2013 Page2of9
Drill hole ACDR007 was planned to test whether the north-east fault is present and mineralised. Logging indicated that strong alteration was present from 54 metres and continued down to the granite contact at
98 metres. A fault target depth of approximately 140 metres was possibly intersected between 144-148 metres where a sheared pyritic granite was intersected.
Drill hole ACDR008 was drilled to 110 metres and tested the up-dip projection of mineralisation from ACDR002 and 003 to see if this extends into the oxidised zone. Moderate to strong pyrite alteration was intersected from 64 metres down to the granite contact at 104 metres.
Drill holes ACDR009 and ACDR010 were targetted to test the extent of the flat lying mineralised zone for 200 metres to the west of ACDR002 and 003 at depths of approximatey 90 to 120 metres.
Drill hole ACDR009 was drilled to 154 metres and intersected a strong pyritic altered zone from 112 to 146 metres and was visually very similar to the previously drilled ACDR003, located 100 metres to the east.
Drill hole ACDR010 was drilled to 154 metres and intersected a very strong altered zone from 82 metres to
148 metres (64 metre interval) with up to 25 % pyrite and strong carbonate bleaching. This interval was notable in having less biotite and is the strongest altered zone intersected at the prospect to date.

Interpretation
The Company is very encouraged by the observed alteration, particularly in holes ACDR009 and ACDR010. Pending assay results, the significance of the observed alteration is that the flat lying mineralised alteration zone may be extensive to the west where it is still very open in this direction.
The area to the west is virtually un-drilled and the observation that the mineralised alteration is a discrete tabular body means historical shallow air-core drilling could easily have intersected un-mineralised metasediments.
In addition, this western area is a magnetic 'low' which suggests very strong alteration has destroyed magnetite in metasediments and replaced this with pyrite over a distance of up to 1.2 kilometres along strike to the north-west.
Further drilling is required to define the size of the gold mineralised area, and should holes ACDR009 and 010 be mineralised then broad step out drilling has the potential to quickly define a large gold mineralised system.

Mineralogical Studies
Interim results from mineralogical studies indicate that the logged metasediments appear to be more likely dacitic volcanics/volcaniclastics with interbedded fine grained chemical metasediments in the form of magnetite-rich (BIF-like) layered sediments.
Both potassic biotite alteration and retrogressive chlorite-epidote-calcite/ankerite has been observed however no definitive relationship with gold mineralisation has yet been defined. Minor chalcopyrite and scheelite has been observed with pyrite in mineralised sections.
Exploration at other prospects within the Horse Well Project Area:
A total of 69 infill lag soil samples have been submitted from the Warmblood South prospect for multi- element analysis. This is following on from anomalous results from the last program that point to an extension of mineralisation to the south of existing high grade gold mineralisation at Warmblood.
Six rock chip samples from the general project area have also been submitted for analysis.
The Company has completed a nominal 2 kilometre x 500 metre regional geochemical sampling program utilising a number of source samples in an attempt to map the alteration zones through the Horse Well project and 157 samples have been submitted for multi-element analysis, and where sufficiently fresh samples are available spectrographic analysis will also be completed.
JORC Table 1 information is appended.
