Olympia Builders Pvt. Ltd., Debonair Merchandise Pvt. Ltd., SRS Lotus Projects Pvt. Ltd., Value Realcon Pvt. Ltd., Mohd. Irfan Qureshi, Pawan Kumar Gupta and Gurvinder Singh Saini agreed to acquire Grand Realtech Limited from SRS Real Infrastructure Ltd. (BSE:533305) for INR 0.5 million on March 3, 2016. Post transaction Grand Realtech Limited will cease to be wholly owned subsidiary of SRS Real Infrastructure Ltd. The transaction is expected to close by March 31, 2016.
