SPARX Group Co., Ltd. (‘SPARX’) announced that the board of directors at its meeting held on January 22, 2021 resolved a change in representative directors (additional designation) as follows: Reasons for Change - In an attempt to strengthening its business management in order to encourage the Group Company's business and its further growth, it was resolved that the number of representative directors is increased from two to three. Change of a Representative Director - Tadahiro Fujimura with new position of Representative Director, Senior Managing Director & Group CIO from the current position of Director & Group Senior, Managing Executive Officer & Group CIO. Mr. Shuhei Abe continues to lead SPARX business as the Company's President & Representative Director, Group Chief Executive Officer (Group CEO) and Mr. Masatoshi Fukami continues to lead SPARX business as the Company's Deputy President & Representative Director, Group Deputy CEO.
