Sparc Technologies Limited (Company) (ASX: SPN) advises that 3,842,643 fully paid ordinary shares will be released from escrow on 28 April 2021 in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A.

The release of these shares does not change the issued capital of the Company.
