5.Cause of occurrence:On April 1, 2022, an accidental collapse of
the dismantled tower at the Company's plant caused damage to the
equipment of the Taiwan Railway Administration, etc.The Taiwan
Railway Administration wrote a letter to the Company seeking
compensation in the amount of NT$7,488,661.
6.Countermeasures:The Company has reached an agreement with the
contractor,Jiong De Company that Jiong De Company will be fully
responsible for the payment of compensation for claims made by
Taiwan Railways Administration in accordance with the law, and the
Company will urge Jiong De Company to pay compensation as soon as possible.
