(Stock Code: 878)The board of directors (the "Board") of Soundwill Holdings Limited (the "Company"; together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") makes this announcement pursuant to Rule 13.09 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules") and the Inside Information Provisions under Part XIVA of the Securities and Future Ordinance (Cap. 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
The Board wishes to inform the shareholders of the Company (the "Shareholders") and potential investors that based on information currently available to the Board, the Group is expected to record a significant decline in the consolidated revenue and profit attributable to the Shareholders for the twelve months ended 31 December 2015 (the "Period") as compared with the corresponding period ended 31 December 2014. The Board considers that such significant decline is mainly due to a significant decrease in revenue and profit recognised from property development during the Period.
As the Company is in the process of finalizing the consolidated financial results of the Group for the twelve months ended 31 December 2015, the information contained in this announcement is only based on a preliminary assessment of the information currently available to the management which has not been audited or reviewed by the Company's independent auditor or audit committee. The Group's consolidated financial results and performance for the twelve months ended 31 December 2015 will be published by the end of March 2016.
