Sophia Holdings Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:6942) agreed to acquire 49.5% stake in Nanomedical Inc. from Yukihito Oba for approximately ¥1 million on November 20, 2014. Sophia shall acquire 0.01 shares of Nanomedical. For the period ended September 2014, Nanomedical Inc. had net assets of ¥100 million, total assets of ¥260 million, sales of ¥167 million, operating profit of ¥0, ordinary profit of ¥0 and net income of ¥0. The transaction had expected share transfer contract conclusion date and expected share acquisition date of December 1, 2014.
