Pursuant to § 38 section 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on Ongoing and Periodic Information provided by Issuers of Securities and Conditions for Deeming Information Required by the Law of a Non- Member State as Equivalent, the Management Board of SONEL S.A., with its registered office in Świdnica, announces that, in accordance with the resolution on profit distribution adopted on 1 June 2017 by the General Meeting of Shareholders of SONEL S.A., the shareholders of SONEL S.A. shall be paid a dividend in the gross amount of PLN 0.25 (in words: twenty five groszes) per stock. The amount of PLN 3,500,000 (in words: three million five hundred thousand złotys) shall be assigned for the dividend. The number of stocks covered by the dividend is 14,000,000. The dividend date shall be 16 June 2017. The dividend payment date shall be 30 June 2017.
