Chief Financial Officer Departure

Somerset, PA (December 3, 2021) - On December 3, 2021, David Hudak, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Somerset Trust Holding Company and Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of its wholly‐owned subsidiary, Somerset Trust Company, separated from service with those entities, effective immediately. Hudak began working for Somerset Trust Company in 1997, serving in various capacities related to accounting and finance.
