SOCResources, Inc. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2019. For the third quarter, the company announced total revenue was PHP 88.461 million compared to PHP 30.321 million a year ago. Net loss was PHP 1.999 million compared to net income of PHP 2.061 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was PHP 0.0033 compared to basic earnings per share of PHP 0.0034 a year ago. For the nine months, total revenue was PHP 116.130 million compared to PHP 104.708 million a year ago. Net loss was PHP 4.741 million compared to net income of PHP 18.804 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was PHP 0.0079 compared to basic earnings per share of PHP 0.031 a year ago.

It has investments in real estate, steel fabrication, banking, telecommunications and energy exploration. The Company is engaged in various construction-related contracts for the Anala, Azalea and Althea Projects. The Company operates through two segments: real estate development and investment. The real estate development segment is engaged in the real estate business. The investment segment pertains to the activities of the Company as a holding entity. The Company has two subsidiaries, SOC Land Development Corporation (SOC Land), and SOCBluemoon, Inc. (SOCBluemoon).
