SOCResources, Inc. announced at its board meeting held on 15 March 2019, designated the members to the Committees for the year 2019: Francisco M. Bayot, Jr. was appointed as Chairman of Corporate Governance Committee; Edgardo P. Reyes and Manuel G. Arteficio were appointed as Members of Corporate Governance Committee; Manuel G. Arteficio appointed as Chairman of Board Risk Oversight Committee and Related Party Transactions Committee, Edgardo P. Reyes and Francisco M. Bayot were appointed as Members of the Board Risk Oversight Committee and Related Party Transactions Committee.
