Bernt Ulstein, primary insider of SmartCraft ASA, bought on behalf of B.ULSTEIN AS on January 12, 2023, 490 965 shares in SmartCraft at a price of NOK 17.80 per share. After the transaction, B.ULSTEIN AS holds 11 226 975 shares in SmartCraft ASA.

Katja Widlund, primary insider of SmartCraft ASA, sold on January 13, 2023, 9 007 shares in SmartCraft at a price of NOK 17.39 per share. The share sale was made to cover payable personal tax obligations related to the IPO of SmartCraft ASA in June 2021. After the transaction, Mrs. Widlund holds 140 809 shares in SmartCraft ASA. Additionally she holds 331 043 shares in the SmartCraft long-term investment program.
