Singapore Paincare Holdings Limited (Catalist:FRQ) acquired Boon Lay Clinic and Surgery Pte Ltd from Cynthia Chao Wen Pin and Anthony Chao Tar Liang for SGD 1 million on July 1, 2023. The purchase price was fully funded by the proceeds raised from Singapore Paincare’s initial public offer. Post acquisition, Cynthia Chao Wen Pin and Anthony Chao Tar Liang will be engaged as locum doctors of Boon Lay Clinic.
