The Board of Directors (the "Board" or "Directors") of Singapore Kitchen Equipment Limited (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") refers to the announcements dated 28 October 2021 and 8 November 2021 on the Proposed Acquisition.

The Board is pleased to announce that the Proposed Acquisition has been completed on 31 January 2022.
