ANNOUNCEMENT ON INVESTIGATION BY COMMERCIAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT

The Board of Directors ("Board") of Singapore Kitchen Equipment Limited ("Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") refers to the Company's announcement dated 11 April 2022, 13 April 2022, 25 April 2022 and 8 June 2022 (the "Previous Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, all abbreviated terms shall have the meanings in the Previous Announcements.

The Board wishes to announce that the Company has received an Order ("Order") dated 29 June 2022 under Section 20 of the Criminal Procedure Code 2010 (the "CPC") and section 64 of the Police Force Act 2004 to produce various categories of documents to the Commercial Affairs Department (the "CAD") to assist with an investigation into an offence under the Penal Code (Chapter 224, 2008 Revised Edition) pursuant to the provisions of the CPC.

Under the Order, the Company is required to provide the CAD access to the following information and/or documents:

1. Report prepared by Rajah & Tann Singapore dated 25 April 2022 titled "Report in relation to
   Eight Transaction involving Q'son Kitchen Equipment Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Singapore Kitchen
   Equipment Ltd" (including annexes);
2. Minutes of the meetings of the board of directors and remuneration committee of Q'son Kitchen Equipment Ltd ("QKE") held between 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2021;
3. Relevant bank statements for QKE Holdings Pte Ltd for the period from January 2019 to January 2020;
4. Payslips and payment vouchers relating to bonus payments that QKE paid out for the financial years ended 31 December 2018 and 31 December 2019;
5. Invoices issued by Activa Media Pte Ltd to QKE, and its related documents;
6. Email mailboxes and archives of specified Company employees for the period from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2021; and
7. All information technology devices issued to and used by specified Company employees.

The CAD has not given any further details of its investigations. The Company intends to cooperate fully with the CAD on its investigations.

The business and operations of the Group are not affected by the investigations and will continue as normal. The Company will monitor the progress of the investigations and make such further announcements as required.
