ANNOUNCEMENT ON ACRA INVESTIGATION

The Board of Directors ("Board") of Singapore Kitchen Equipment Limited ("Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") refers to the Company's announcement dated 11 August 2021 in relation to the additional review in respect of the audit of the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2020 and other matters ("Previous Announcement"). Unless otherwise defined, all abbreviated terms shall have the meanings in the Previous Announcement.

The Company wishes to inform shareholders that the Company has received a letter dated 30 March 2022 ("Request Letter") from the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority ("ACRA") informing the Company that the ACRA is conducting an investigation into possible breaches of Section 402(1) of the Companies Act 1967 and requested the Company provide to the ACRA a copy of the finalised report entitled Report on Potential Irregularities relating to Certain Accounting Records of Q'son Kitchen Equipment Pte. Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore Kitchen Equipment Limited prepared by Rajah & Tann Singapore ("R&T"); or if not yet available, a copy of the draft report entitled Report on Potential Irregularities relating to Certain Accounting Records of Q'son Kitchen Equipment Pte. Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore Kitchen Equipment Limited dated 6 August 2021 prepared by R&T.

The Company wishes to update shareholders that the finalised report prepared by R&T is not yet available and the Company intends to cooperate fully with the ACRA's request and provide the draft report requested by the ACRA.

The Company will make the appropriate announcements in due course.
