VOLUNTARY DISCLOSURE SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDER'S RECENT DISPOSAL OF THE COMPANY SHARES

Shuanghua Holdings Limited ("the Company") has just been informed by Mr. Lai Yongzhong ("Mr Lai") , a substantial shareholder, that on 9 June2017he disposed all the ordinary shares of the Company he beneficially held, totaling 120,160,000 ordinary shares of which 110,370,000 shares were held directly under his name and 9,790,000 shares were held under Double Joy Enterprise Limited, a company he beneficially owns, toanindependent third party at a price of HK$0.60each, representing approximately 18.49% of the Company's issued share capital. After the disposal, Mr Laidoes not hold any shares of the Company.
