Shinhwa Contech Co., Ltd (KOSDAQ:A187270) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase KRW 1,000 million under the contract with KB Securities Co., Ltd. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder value and to stabilize stock price. The program will be valid until May 14, 2019. As of November 14, 2018, the company had 186,968 shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and 830 shares in treasury under other capacities.
