China CEC International Information Service Co., Ltd signed a share transfer agreement to acquire Shenzhen Shencai Logistics Co.,Ltd. from Shenzhen SED Industry Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:000032) for CNY 36.2 million on December 31, 2017. The transaction has been approved by the Board of Shenzhen SED Industry Co.,Ltd.'s directorate meeting held on December 31, 2017, and does not need the shareholders’ approval.
