In the second quarter of 2017, DRAM industry revenue performance once again hit a historical high. Taiwan micron wafer Technology has no plan to enter a more advanced process, this year the first target 20nm process yield continued to improve, but next year has been planned at least half of the production capacity to 17nm process. Winbond revenue grew 3.7%, due to the rise in niche-type memory prices, and NOR memory demand increased, DRAM cast has no additional production plans, its 38nm new process is expected in the second half of 2017 can be formally start mass production. The increase will be reflected in the follow-up revenue performance.
Modular fingerprint module market was relatively stable, which benefited from the impact of mobile phone market shipments, and all have increased compared to May.
