Hanbo Enterprises Holdings Limited entered into agreement to acquire remaining 90.5% stake in Tak Yun Wealth Management Company Limited for HKD 14.6 million.

Hanbo Enterprises Holdings Limited (SEHK:1367) entered into agreement to acquire remaining 90.5% stake in Tak Yun Wealth Management Company Limited for HKD 14.6 million on January 20, 2017. After completion of transaction, Tak Yun Wealth Management Company Limited will be become an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Hanbo Enterprises Holdings Limited. The transaction is subject to approval by Securities and Futures Commission.
