The board of directors of Hanbo Enterprises Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Lau Chart Chou has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director, the chairman of the audit committee, a member of the nomination committee and a member of the compliance committee of the Company with effect from July 14, 2016.
