Zhejiang Sf Oilless Bearing Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300817) cancelled the acquisition of 70% stake in Zhejiang Savi Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. from Dai Pingping and Lv Jianhua on May 29, 2024.Dai Pingping and Lv Jianhua will refund the CNY 2 million intention fee previously paid by Zhejiang Sf Oilless.
