SERNEKE publ : recruits two construction managers for conversion and renovation projects in the Stockholm region

Serneke Construction is continuing to expand its operations in Region East through the recruitment of two new construction managers, with a focus on conversion projects in Stockholm and the Mälardalen area. Marlene Wiberg will be responsible for the conversion of commercial properties, and Mathias Sjö will focus on the renovation of multi-dwelling buildings. Both will start at Serneke in February.

Marlene Wiberg is coming from a role as construction manager at TL Bygg, which is part of the Atrium Ljungberg Group.

Mathias Sjö also comes from a role as a construction manager, at VT Construction. He has been responsible for, among other things, the conversion of properties from offices to residential housing and the renovation of multi-dwelling buildings.

Now I feel it's time for me to work in a larger company, but where there is still a sense of closeness to one another combined with a solid spirit of enterprise.
