NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Sequoia Logística e Transportes S.A. ("Sequoia" or "Company") (B3: SEQL3), hereby announces to its shareholders and to the market in general that, on this date, it notified the holders of debentures of the 1st (first) issuance of non-convertible debentures, in 2 (two) series, with collateral guarantee, for public distribution with restricted efforts ("1st Issuance") that it will early redeem on January 12, 2022, all such debentures, whose total amount is R$100 million. The debentures would mature on December 20, 2024, and the early redemption will be carried out, pursuant to the deed of the 1st issuance, upon payment of the face value of the first series and second series debentures in circulation, plus the compensatory interest pro rata temporis, as the case may be, with payment of a premium, calculated based on the terms of the clause 4.25 of the classic debentures deed.

The early redemption of the debt represents the conclusion of yet another important step in the process of optimizing the Company's capital structure, with the issuance of a new debt that has a lower cost and a longer term, according to the following information:
