On February 27, 2023, SecureTech Innovations, Inc. ("SecureTech") issued 11,428 shares of its common stock, $0.001 par value, to one investor in exchange for $20,000.00 in cash, or about $1.75 per Share.

Proceeds from the sale of these shares will be used for general working capital.

As of March 1, 2023, SecureTech had 111,80,513 shares of its common stock issued and outstanding.
