RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

The board of directors ("Directors" or "Board") of Secura Group Limited (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that it has on 25 January 2022 accepted the resignation of Ms Lim Siok Leng ("Ms Lim") as the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The effective date of Ms Lim's cessation will be 29 April 2022.

Ms Lim is leaving the Group to pursue her personal interests and to take a break from work commitments.

The Board is in the midst of identifying a suitable and qualified candidate to fill the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company and to oversee the overall operations of the Group's security printing business, and an appointment will be made in due course. In the meantime, Mr Kan Kheong Ng, the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Group, will oversee the respective functions until a replacement has been appointed.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms Lim for her contributions to the Group and the Board during her tenure and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
