On October 17, the eight-day period of dealer training for SANY's companies in the Middle East region came to an end. During the program, the headquarters of the international business planning provided all-round training course for the crane dealer in Kuwait and port machinery dealer in Saudi Arabia.


With the experience of program in Australia and South Africa, the headquarters of the international business planning, after doing many researches, realized what the dealers really should be trained on. There have been 7 training programs with over 90 employees having been trained. As the training programs provided the courses that most dealers needed, they have improved their service quality and thus made customers more satisfied.


The next training program will take place in Asia Pacific Region where the sales volume is increasing rapidly and the employees have not received any training.
