TORONTO, ONTARIO - January 3, 2014 - Sintana Energy Inc. (TSX-V: SNN) ("Sintana" or "Company") announces that Mr. Grant Fagerheim has resigned as a Director of the Company, effective as of January 1, 2014. He recently advised the Board that he no longer has sufficient available time to effectively fulfill his role as a Director.
