Sagittarius Life Science Corp (GTSM:3205) announced a private placement of 1,000 second series domestic secured convertible corporate bonds at TWD 100,000 per bond for gross proceeds of TWD 100,000,000 on May 7, 2015. The bonds will be issued at par. The bonds do not bear interest and will mature after three years from issuance.
