Voronezh Agro Holding completed the acquisition of 99.7% stake in OOO Rusgrain Land from OJSC Rusgrain Holding.

Voronezh Agro Holding agreed to acquire 99.7% stake in OOO Rusgrain Land from OJSC Rusgrain Holding (MICEX:RUGR) for approximately RUB 200 million on March 12, 2013. The deal was approved by the Board of Directors of OJSC Rusgrain Holding. The shareholders of OJSC Rusgrain Holding approved the transaction.

Voronezh Agro Holding completed the acquisition of 99.7% stake in OOO Rusgrain Land from OJSC Rusgrain Holding on April 18, 2013.

Rusgrain Holding PAO (Rusgrain Holding PJSC) is a Russia-based holding company engaged in the production and processing of agricultural goods. The Company's activities are structured in four divisions: Crops Division, specialized in the production of wheat, barley and corn, among others; Grain Processing and Storage Division, focused on the production of cereals and mixed-grain fodder; Trading Division, managing domestic sales and export operations, and Poultry Division, involved in the production of eggs, poultry meat and processed poultry meat products. The Company operates through a trading company Russkoye Zerno OOO, three grain production plants: Tikhoretsy GPP, Urbachsky GPP and Kuban Bread, two grain elevators: Latnensky Elevator and Tulinovsky Elevator, 11 agricultural enterprises, as well as five regional branches.
