Rotate Black, Inc. Named Exclusive Developer and Management Company by Seneca Catskills Gaming Corporation

PETOSKEY, Mich., May 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Rotate Black, Inc. (Pink Sheets: ROBK), a premier development and management company of global resort and casino properties, announces approval from Sullivan County Legislature, in an agreement with the Seneca Nation's Seneca Catskills Gaming Corporation, to develop a Class III gaming casino. The Seneca Catskills Gaming Corporation designated Rotate Black as the exclusive management and development company of the resort and casino.

Rotate Black, Inc., in conjunction with the Seneca Catskills Gaming Corporation (a wholly owned corporate entity of the Seneca Nation) successfully presented the proposal for the Seneca Catskill Mountains Resort and Casino both to The Town of Thompson's Board and Sullivan County's Legislature and received the necessary approvals from both entities to proceed with the project. John Paulsen, Chairman and CEO of Rotate Black, Inc., stated, "The Seneca Nation and I want to thank the Sullivan County government and legislature for their support in this important project. Sullivan County has agreed to actively work with and assist the Nation, to obtain any and all approvals required for the project from the appropriate government entities. In further consideration of this agreement, the County will also undertake, at its sole discretion, to enter into agreements with locally impacted entities to mitigate impacts of the project.

Once fully completed, the Seneca Catskill Mountains Hotel and Casino will include two million square feet of space, 6,000 slot machines, 120 table games, 30 poker tables, race book center, a 1,500 room hotel and spa, 12 restaurants, high end retail space, a 5,000-seat arena and 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and an arcade center.
