Rostelecom has concluded a state contract with the department of ICT development in the Novosibirsk region. The company will provide education establishments with its network infrastructure under the contract, including some 1,140 schools in the city and region of Novosibirsk. The contract totals over RUB 40 million and is valid until 30 June.
Protected VPN links will be used for the connections, based on IP/MPLS.
