Changzhou Tooku Garments Co., Ltd once borrowed money from Xiangcheng
Mengerluo Company, but ROO HSING, the parent company, has never
repeated reports such as announcements.
7.Cause of occurrence:
The MINPO reported that according to the Chinese government's chattel
mortgage registration system, "Changzhou Tooku Garments Co., Ltd"
had borrowed 55 million yuan (equivalent to about NT$244 million) to
"Xiangcheng Mengerluo Company". Because the originally planned
investment "Henan Gaowei Factory" has not yet started operation, and
there is no other alternative production capacity in China, in order
to avoid the inability to ship due to operation interruption, it has
to face huge compensation for the customer's operation interruption.
It is necessary for "Monerro Company" to process on its behalf, so
it is necessary to pay processing fees in advance. In order to ensure
that "Monerro Company" fulfills its processing obligations,
"Changzhou Tooku Garments Co., Ltd" requires "Monerro Company" to
provide equipment as a guarantee, and Complete the chattel mortgage
registration with the local administration for industry and commerce,
