The Report:

The Board of Managing Directors of Ronson Europe N.V., with its corporate seat in Rotterdam, the Netherlands (the "Company"), announces the envisaged schedule of the dates of publication of the Company's periodic reports in 2018:

• 1. Consolidated annual report for 2017 (including information about the financial results in the 3-

• month period ended 31 December 2017): 8 March 2018.

• 2. Consolidated quarterly report for the 3-month period ending on 31 March 2018: 9 May 2018.

• 3. Consolidated semi-annual report for 2018 (including information about the financial results in the 3-month period ending on 30 June 2018): 8 August 2018.

4. Consolidated quarterly report for the 9-month period ending on 30 September 2018 (including information about the financial results in the 3-month period ending on 30 September 2018): 7 November 2018.

Further to § 82.3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009, as amended, regarding the current and interim reports issued by issuers of securities as well as the terms of considering as equivalent the information required under the laws of a non-member state, the Company explains that pursuant to Dutch law, it is not required to prepare stand-alone quarterly or semi-annual reports.

Legal grounds: Article 56.1.2 of the Act of 29 July 2005, as amended, on Public Offerings, the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and on Public Companies in conjunction with § 103.1 and § 82.3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009, as amended, regarding the current and interim reports issued by issuers of securities as well as the terms of considering as equivalent the information required under the laws of a non-member state.
