- Termination of the agreement between Texim Bank AD and Roi Property Fund REIT dated 12 May 2016, pursuant to which the Bank has been assigned with the functions of a trustee of the bondholders of the issue having ISIN BG2100006167
- Approval of ABC Finance AD as a new trustee of the holders of bonds issued by Roi Property Fund REIT having ISIN BG2100006167
- Adoption of the draft agreement to be concluded with ABC Finance AD as trustee of the bondholders of the issue having ISIN BG2100006167
- Adoption of a decision for change of the annual interest rate of the bond as of 13 May 2024 from floating 6-month EURIBOR + 3.75% but not less than 3.00% p.a., to floating 6-month EURIBOR + 1.50% p.a., but not less than 2.50% and not more than 5.50% p.a., at Actual/365L, ISMA-Year day count convention
