fn furtherance of the said letter, the Corporate Debtor, by way of this letter, want to intimate the Stock Exchange that the Hon'ble NCLT, Kolkata Bench in its further hearing on 7* April, 2022, will consider on admission of the Resolution Plan for which the Order was kept reserved on hearing dated 10* March, 2022 with respect to approval of the Resolution Plan. The order after being pronounced by the said Hon'ble NCLT, Kolkata Bench will be intimated in due course.
