The Form 8-K discloses the terms of the five-year co-packing agreement with Optimus Fulfill, LLC and the terms of the Second Amendmentto the Master Manufacturing Agreement withCBD Alimentos SA de CV. The Company executed a five-year agreement with Optimus Fulfill, LLC, creating a relationship with a co-packer located 25 minutes from Corporate Office. The leadership team at Optimus Fulfill is currently expanding their production line to meet anticipated volume requirements for the following beverages: Rocket High;California Lemonade; California Black Tea; HEMPd Beverages; Rocky Mountain HighBeverages.
