Mark Snape has been appointed as CEO of the RCM Obligor Group as replacement for Flan Cleary, the current CEO who is retiring on 31 January 2012.
Mark is an experienced infrastructure executive, with considerable background in toll roads. Most recently he was the Group General Manager Infrastructure Finance and Investment for the John Holland Group and a director of the Brisconnections Unit Trusts which holds the concession to build, own, operate and collect tolls for the Airportlink tollroad in Brisbane.
Mark acted as interim CEO for Brisconnections to November
2008. He was John Holland Group's representative on the
Boards of Lane Cove Tunnel, ConnectEast and the Adelaide to
Darwin Railway. John Holland Group is a wholly owned
subsidiary of the ASX listed Leighton Holdings Limited.The
