Ltd., in its capacity as trustee-manager (the "Trustee-Manager") of Rickmers Maritime (the "Trust") refers to the announcement on 14 May 2017 regarding the injunction hearing that was scheduled for today, 15 May 2017.
The hearing has been adjourned to 22 May 2017 with directions to the parties to exchange affidavits before the new hearing date. No interim injunction was ordered pending the adjourned hearing.
The Trustee-Manager will provide further update announcements on SGXNET, or via the creditors' respective agents and Notes Trustee, as appropriate.
