Monthly Consolidated Sales Report -February 2014

Hsinchu, Taiwan, March 7, 2014 - Richtek reported today that February 2014 consolidated net sales was around NT$ 878 million, up 3.31% from a year ago, and down 4.55% from January.

Ms. Lorna-Li Yao, Spokesperson, noted that the MoM decrease in revenue was due to short February working days.
