Wentworth Accommodation Camp - Progress Update
Key Points
• The development of the 668-bed Wentworth Accommodation camp is well- advanced and on schedule
• Contract commenced on 18 January 2021, at which date 70 beds were available
• Upgrade of services and expansion of capacity underway, matching the installation of accommodation capacity
• At present, there are 164 beds available
• A further 176 beds have been delivered, undergoing installation/assembly
• Expect to complete above installation by end-March, for a total of 340 available beds and related infrastructure
• Balance of 328 beds (for a total of 668) will be available for occupation in late
May/June, assuming no delays in deliveries or other unforeseen issues
