Rane Engine Valve Limited reported unaudited earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2012. For the quarter, the company reported net sales income from operations of INR 588.291 million compared to INR 718.541 million a year ago. Loss from operations before other income, finance cost& exceptional items was INR 27.982 million compared to profit from operations before other income, finance cost& exceptional items of INR 36.629 million a year ago. Loss from ordinary activities before tax was INR 57.813 million compared to profit from ordinary activities before tax of INR 149.401 million a year ago. Net loss for the period was INR 39.056 million or INR 7.58 per basic and diluted share compared to net profit for the period of INR 118.220 million or INR 22.95 per basic and diluted share a year ago.
For the nine months period, the company reported net sales income from operations of INR 1,907.385 million compared to INR 2,261.766 million a year ago.
