Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant Board Decisions

Chelyabinsk, Russia - March 06, 2017 - Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant (LSE, MICEX: CHZN), Russia's largest producer of zinc and zinc alloys, is pleased to announce the decisions made by the Board of Directors at a meeting on March 03, 2017.

1. To approve list of candidates to be elected to the Board of Directors and the Audit Commission at the 2017 Annual General Shareholders Meeting.

   The following candidates were nominated to the Board of Directors:

4. Bronislav Gongalo;

5. Pavel Izbrekht;

6. Elfat Ismagilov;

7. Oleg Melukhov;

8. Andrey Panshin.

9. The following candidates were nominated for election to the Audit Commission:

11. Tatyana Kurkova;

12. Gulnara Mingazova.

1. To include in Agenda of 2017 Annual General Meeting Shareholders Meeting the item:

   • Appointment of independent auditors of PJSC "CZP" with the wording of decision:

   "To approve LLC "Agency "Taxes and Financial Law" and JSC KPMG as auditors of PJSC "CZP".

2. To approve budgets of PJSC «CZP» and its subsidiaries for 2017.
