PT Sei Wampu Energy announced that it expects to receive IDR 9.75 billion in funding from PT Pembangunan Graha Lestari Indah Tbk.

PT Sei Wampu Energy announced a private placement of 9,500 common shares at IDR 1,026,315.789473 per share with an existing investor, PT Pembangunan Graha Lestari Indah Tbk for gross proceeds of IDR 9,750,000,000 on December 11, 2014. The company has signed the deed with the investor. The capital of the company will increase from IDR 250,000,000 to IDR 10,000,000,000 upon closing.
