Premier Fishing and Brands Limited announced the following changes in relation to the company secretary of the company. Miss Nobulungisa Mbaliseli (Nobulungisa) has resigned as the Company Secretary with immediate effect and Mr. Mohamed Wazeer Moosa (Mohamed) has been appointed as the new company secretary with immediate effect.
