China Postal Savings Bank Co., Ltd. has appointed its vice president Lu Jiajin as president of the bank. Its former president Tao Liming was arrested late last year on allegations of illegal lending and bribe taking. The bank also promoted Xu Xueming, president of its Beijing branch; Qu Jiawen, president of the Heilongjiang branch; and Shao Zhibao, president of the Guangdong branch, to vice presidents.
