HS Holdings Co., Ltd acquired an additional 1.9% stake in Feelingk Co., Ltd (KOSDAQ:A064800) from Liberty Partners, Ltd. for KRW 3.7 billion on January 13, 2017. Under the terms of the transaction, HS Holdings Co., Ltd acquired an additional 0.72 million shares for KRW 5100 per share. Post-closing, Liberty Partners, Ltd. will hold 3.3 million shares and HS Holdings Co., Ltd will hold 4.8 million shares in Feelingk Co., Ltd.
